The booking fare applies for your vehicle per direction and includes up to 3 passengers, including the driver.
- Apply for a VanPro account with our Freight Commercial Teams.
- Log on to your account to make a booking. Please take note of your booking reference number. A Border Pass including all Customs references is mandatory for all VanPro travel.
- On your booked travel date follow the Passenger terminal directions and the dedicated " VanPro" route.
- At Check-in, please enter your booking reference number and display your hanger.
- Follow our dedicated VanPro route.

How do I open a VanPro account?

Do I need to book my crossing in advance to use the VanPro service?
Yes, vehicles without a valid booking on a VanPro account will not be authorised to travel.
I need to rearrange my booking to next week. Is this possible?
Your booking can easily be amended online via your VanPro account and up to 24 hours after your booked departure time. Standard bookings are non-refundable.
I need to take a trailer. Can I take it on the VanPro service?
Trailers are permitted to travel with a commercial van subject to an additional charge.
Can I travel with a refrigerated vehicle?
Yes, but your fridge unit must be switched off during the crossing.

For total freedom and priority boarding, try the VanPro Flexi experience! In addition to the benefits of the VanPro service, you also get to enjoy:
- Fully amendable and refundable bookings! Arrive whenever you choose and travel at any time on your booked travel day.
- Priority boarding. Simply drive on! You are guaranteed to board on the next departure.
- Log on to your VanPro account to make a booking. Please take note of your booking reference number. A Border Pass including all Customs references is mandatory for all VanPro travel.
- Simply book, turn up and follow the FlexiPlus signage for high vehicles on the Passenger terminals.
- At check-in, enter your booking reference number and display your VanPro Flexi hanger.
- After border controls, follow the dedicated FlexiPlus lanes to boarding, use the code to open the barriers and drive on to the next departure.
