How to earn extra and bonus reward points
As a member of the LeShuttle Freight Club, you’ll enjoy rewards and incentives. Not only will you earn points for every crossing you make, but we’ll give you extra and bonus points too!
- Between 3 and 5 crossings per month, earn 300 Extra points
- Between 6 and 8 crossings per month, earn 400 Extra points
- From 9 crossings and more, earn 500 Extra points
Bonus points earnt for certain events
- 200 welcome points when you register
- For your birthday, you will receive an email. By clicking on the link in the e-mail, you earn 50 points
- And thanks to your company, you get a monthly bonus of 200 points for FIRST status

How to redeem your points
Once you start earning points, you can redeem them against a range of gifts in our Club’s Rewards Catalogue. From branded merchandise to make your cab comfy, to Blue Tooth Headsets and dashcams, our range of rewards offers something for everyone. To choose your reward, click on the product you’d like within the Club Rewards Catalogue and then collect it from the reception at the LeShuttle Freight Village parking.

Yes, it’s completely free to join the LeShuttle Freight Club. To sign up, simply download the app or go to driver.leshuttlefreight.com and click the ‘join’ box.
What incentives can I earn for being a member of the LeShuttle Freight Club?
Each time you travel through the Channel Tunnel you will earn points. Simply scan the bar code printed on your ticket using the app within 5 days of your crossing and your points will be credited to your account. Exchange your points to earn gifts and rewards from the LeShuttle Freight Club Catalogue.
How do I collect gifts from the LeShuttle Drivers Club loyalty programme?
Once you’ve selected your gift from the LeShuttle Freight Club catalogue, you can then collect it in person from the reception at the LeShuttle Freight Village parking. Full details can be found in the terms and conditions.
When can I see the reward points on my LeShuttle Freight Club account?
You can check your points online through your LeShuttle Freight Club account within 24 hours of scanning your ticket.
How can I change my registration number?
To change your registration number, log in to driver.leshuttlefreight.com, select your profile and you will be able to change your truck registration details.
I’m travelling with another freight driver. Can they earn points too?
The terms of the LeShuttle Freight Club’s loyalty programme are that the points given for the crossings are awarded per crossing for each truck or freight vehicle.
