Play and win

Acceptance of these rules is a condition of participation in the Contest. 
  

Article 1 – Organising company

This Competition is organised by FRANCE MANCHE, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 333 286 714, with its registered office at 37-39 rue de la Bienfaisance, Paris (75008). 

Article 2 – Duration of the Competition

The Competition will run from 25 November to 25 December 2025 inclusive. 

Article 3 – Participants

Two games are being organised as part of the "Snap & Win" campaign. 

• To participate in the first game, "Piñata/Instant Win," you must meet all of the following conditions:

- be a lorry driver,

- be aged 18 or over,

- be a LeShuttle Freight customer,

- hold a valid ticket to travel through the Channel Tunnel between 18 November 2025 and 25 December 2025.

• To participate in the second game, a final draw held at the end of the campaign during the week following 25 December 2025, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• Have participated in the first game 
• Have fulfilled all the conditions of the first game 
• Be a member of the LeShuttle Freight Club.
• The email address used to participate in the first "Piñata/Instant Win" game must be the same as the one used for the LeShuttle Freight Club loyalty account.

Each participant may only play individually and in their own name. 

If there are two drivers in the vehicle, each of them may play individually. 

Participation is strictly personal and participants may not enter under multiple pseudonyms or email addresses, regardless of how many email addresses they have, or on behalf of other participants.

Any participation that does not comply with the above characteristics will not be taken into account. Participants authorise all checks concerning their identity or the fairness and sincerity of their participation. Any false statement or false indication of identity will result in the immediate elimination of the participant. 

Article 4 – Terms and conditions of participation

The Game is accessible on the internet at the following address:www.play-truckshuttle.com/snapandwin , where participants can try to win a prize every day.  

To participate in the Game, participants must visitwww.play-truckshuttle.com/snapandwin and log in via SSO (Single Sign-On) authentication using their LeShuttle Freight Driver Companion credentials. If they do not yet have an account, they will be prompted to create one directly via the login interface. The information required to participate (such as surname, first name, email address and nationality) will then be automatically retrieved from the LeShuttle Freight Driver Companion account.

Participants must then click on "Continue" and read the instructions. The game entitled "Snap & Win" will then begin.

Participants must play the game to the end in order to take part in the instant win. 

The aim of the game is to break the Christmas cracker-shaped piñata containing candy canes using your finger if you are playing on a smartphone or your mouse if you are playing on a computer.

If the game is won, the prize will be displayed on the screen. 

Participation is limited to a maximum of four attempts per day. However, participants can only win once per day. 

Article 5 – Prizes 

 • Prizes for the "Piñata / Instant Win" game

• 310 Duty Free vouchers worth €5*
• 12 Duty Free vouchers worth €25*
• 2 Duty Free vouchers worth €50*
• 62 LeShuttle Freight Christmas jumpers worth €50. 
• 62 LeShuttle Freight branded Christmas socks worth £25.

• Final prize draw

• A Garmin watch worth £400.

All prizes must be collected from LeShuttle Freight Village (lorry park at the Eurotunnel Freight Terminal, Channel Tunnel, 62231 Coquelles). The winner must bring their ID, their TTN (Transport Ticket Number) and the winning email they received after entering. If the participant does not claim their prize within 30 days, they will be deemed to have forfeited their prize. 

The winners of the Competition authorise any verification of their identity. Any false statement of identity will result in their disqualification. Similarly, the Organising Company reserves the right to pursue by any means any attempt to circumvent these rules, particularly in the event of false information.

Article 6 – Selection of winners and awarding of prizes

Each winner will be notified by email via the email address provided by them at the time of their participation in the Game, within 10 days of their date of participation. 

For confidentiality reasons, the list of winners may not be disclosed to third parties. 

Article 7 – Publicity

By virtue of their participation, each winner authorises the Organising Company to use their first and last names in any advertising or promotional event related to this competition, without such use conferring on the winner any right to remuneration or any benefit other than the prize won. In any event, the use of this personal data in this type of event related to the Contest may not exceed 12 months after the end of the Contest. 

If a winner objects to the use of their contact details, they must notify the Organising Company without delay by sending a letter to the following address: freight@eurotunnel.com

Article 8 – Data protection

i. By participating in the Game, you agree that any personal data communicated to FRANCE MANCHE in connection with the Game may be used by the latter, its partners and/or third-party suppliers (if applicable) in connection with the management of the Game. Please consult Eurotunnel's Privacy Policy (available at https://www.leshuttlefreight.com/fr-fr/informations-site/privacy-cookies) for more information on how we may use your personal data.

ii. FRANCE MANCHE may publish your name on the Eurotunnel Freight website at www.leshuttlefreight.com. Your email address may also be used to contact you about the Competition. In addition, you agree to participate in any reasonable promotional activities required by LeShuttle Freight. 

Article 9 – Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FRANCE MANCHE, its agents and distributors shall in no event be liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability whatsoever for any loss, damage or personal injury arising from the acceptance of the points, unless caused by the negligence of FRANCE MANCHE, its agents and/or distributors, or their employees. 

Article 10 – General provisions

i. Any violation of these rules may result in the temporary or permanent exclusion of a participant.  

ii. FRANCE MANCHE reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Game when necessary.

iii. If any provision of these rules is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall not affect the validity of the other provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

iv. These rules are subject to French law and French jurisdiction. 

v. The French version of these rules prevails over the English version or any other version. Versions other than French are provided for information purposes only and have been produced using automatic software.
