Play and win

Acceptance of these rules is a condition of entry to the Competition. 
  

Article 1 – Organising company

This Competition is organised by FRANCE MANCHE, a company registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 333 286 714, with its registered office at 37-39 rue de la Bienfaisance, Paris (75008). 

Article 2 – Duration of the Competition

The Competition runs from 30 March to 26 April 2026 inclusive. 

Article 3 – Participants

Two competitions are being organised as part of the “Bunny Match” campaign. 

• To be eligible to take part in the first game, “Match 3 / Instant Win”, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• be a lorry driver,
• be aged 18 or over,
• be a LeShuttle Freight customer,
• hold a travel ticket valid for crossing the Channel Tunnel, which must be valid between 24 March 2026 and 26 April 2026.

 To be eligible to enter the second prize draw, a final draw to be held at the end of the campaign during the week following 26 April 2026, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• Have taken part in the first competition 
• Have met all the conditions of the first competition 
• Be a member of the LeShuttle Freight Club.
• The email address used to enter the first “Match 3 / Instant Win” competition must be the same as that of the LeShuttle Freight Club loyalty account. 

 Information regarding the “LeShuttle Freight Club” loyalty programme is available online at the following address: https://www.leshuttlefreight.com/drivers/leshuttle-freight-club.

 Each participant may only play individually and in their own name. 

 If there are two drivers in the vehicle, each of them may play individually. 

 Participation is strictly personal and participants may under no circumstances enter using multiple pseudonyms or email addresses, regardless of the number of email addresses they hold or on behalf of other participants.

Any entry that does not comply with the above conditions will not be considered. Participants consent to any checks regarding their identity, or the fairness and sincerity of their entry. Any false statement or false indication of identity will result in the participant’s immediate disqualification. 

Article 4 – Terms and conditions of participation

The Game is available online at the following address:www.play-truckshuttle.com/easter2026 ,   where participants can try to win a daily prize.  

To take part in the Competition, participants must visit the websitewww.play-truckshuttle.com/easter2026 and log in via SSO (Single Sign-On) using their LeShuttle Freight Driver Companion credentials. If they do not yet have an account, they will be prompted to create one directly via the login interface. The information required to enter (such as surname, first name, email address and nationality) will then be automatically retrieved from the LeShuttle Freight Driver Companion account.
The participant must then click on “Continue” and read the instructions. The game entitled “Bunny Match” will then begin. 

Information about the “LeShuttle Freight Driver Companion” web application is available online at the following address: https://www.leshuttlefreight.com/drivers/leshuttle-freight-club/drivers-app.

The participant must play the game until the end to be eligible for the instant win.

The aim of the game is to line up at least three identical items to make them disappear and score points until the timer runs out. The user lines up the items using their finger if playing on a smartphone, or using their mouse if playing on a computer.

If the game is won, the prize will then be displayed on the screen. 

Participation is limited to a maximum of four attempts per day. However, participants may only win once. 

Article 5 – Prizes 

Prizes for the “Match 3 / Instant Win” game

• 280 €5 Duty Free vouchers* 
• 12 Duty Free vouchers worth €25*
• 2 Duty Free vouchers worth €50*
• 12 pairs of Bluetooth earphones worth €25 
• 140 LeShuttle Freight branded caps worth €10

 Final prize draw

• A folding electric bike worth €549.

All prizes must be collected from LeShuttle Freight Village (lorries’ car park at the Eurotunnel Freight Terminal, Channel Tunnel, 62231 Coquelles). The winner must present their ID, their TTN (Transport Ticket Number) and the winning email received following their entry. Should the Participant fail to claim their prize within 30 days, they will be deemed to have forfeited their prize. 

Winners of the Competition authorise any verification of their identity. Any false declaration of identity will result in their disqualification. Similarly, the Organising Company reserves the right to take legal action by any means against any attempt to circumvent these rules, particularly in the event of incorrect information.

Article 6 – Selection of winners and awarding of prizes

Each winner will be notified by email via the email address provided by them at the time of entering the Competition, within 10 days of the date of entry. 

For reasons of confidentiality, the list of winners will not be disclosed to third parties. 

Article 7 – Publicity

By virtue of their participation alone, each winner authorises the Organising Company to use their first and last names in any promotional event related to this competition, without such use conferring upon the winner any right to remuneration or any benefit other than the prize won. In any event, the use of such personal data in this type of event related to the Competition shall not exceed 12 months after the end of the Competition. 

If a winner objects to the use of their contact details, they must notify the Organising Company without delay by sending a letter to the following address: freight@eurotunnel.com

Article 8 – Data Protection

i. By entering the Competition, you agree that any personal data provided to , FRANCE MANCHE in connection with the Competition may be used by the latter, its partners and/or third-party suppliers (where applicable) in connection with the administration of the Competition. Please consult Eurotunnel’s Privacy Policy (available at https://www.leshuttlefreight.com/fr-fr/informations-site/privacy-cookies) to find out more about how we may use your personal data.

ii. FRANCE MANCHE may publish your name on the Eurotunnel Freight website at the following address: www.leshuttlefreight.com. Your email address may also be used to contact you regarding the Competition. Furthermore, you agree to participate in any reasonable promotional activities required by LeShuttle Freight. 

Article 9 – Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FRANCE MANCHE, its agents and distributors shall under no circumstances be liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability whatsoever for any loss, damage or personal injury arising as a result of the acceptance of the points, unless caused by the negligence of FRANCE MANCHE, its agents and/or distributors, or that of their employees. 

Article 10 – General Provisions

i. Any breach of these rules may result in a participant being excluded temporarily or permanently.  

ii. FRANCE MANCHE reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the Competition where necessary.

iii. If any provision of these rules is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in force.

iv. These rules are governed by French law and the courts of France. 

v. The French version of these rules shall prevail over the English version or any other version. Versions other than the French version are provided for information purposes only and have been generated using automated software.
