Customs status at your fingertips
The app also includes customs status information, making your drivers' journeys even smoother when travelling on our service.
In addition to the information displayed on the digital panels on the freight exit route in France, drivers can also view the customs status linked to their vehicle as soon as the shuttle arrives in Calais. They can easily prepare to follow the green or orange arrows as instructed on their screen.
On arrival, simply click on “customs status” from the main menu
