The LeShuttle Freight Driver Companion app ensures you get access to important travel information, from before you arrive, to check in and departure from either your destination terminals, so you’re always up-to-date on any changes.
Before you arrive at the terminal
Check live status updates for LeShuttle Freight servics, terminal traffic flow, bus allocation and truck park availability – so you know exactly what to expect on your journey.
Once you have checked in
Stay up-to-date with your estimated departure and arrival times with a real-time dashboard, detailing hourly departure frequencies and any service disruptions.
Once you have departed
Get real-time service status updates, estimated arrival time, weather and onward traffic updates for when you arrive at your destination terminal.
Set your profile/choose your language
The Driver Companion App supports six languages, practical for international freight drivers crossing between the UK and Europe. Set your preferred language when you create your profile.
Live Customs information at your fingertips
The app also includes customs status information, making drivers' journeys even smoother.
In addition to the digital panels displayed at each terminal, the Driver Companion App shows each driver their personal customs clearance status, directly linked to their vehicle registration, when they arrive. They can immediately see whether to follow the green or orange routes once they arrive, giving them time to prepare before disembarking.
To access this, tap “customs status” from the main menu on arrival.

To get started with the LeShuttle Freight Driver Companion App, simply visit driver.leshuttlefreight.com in your browser – there’s no need to install anything. Save the link onto your mobile device and sign up. Once you’ve entered your registration number, you’ll see customised service information for each step of your journey.
